Measure the space u can actually use
Length, width and height, in millimetres. Keep the battery closed — we're measuring the space around it, not dismantling the pack.
- Mounting: include the rail, brackets and fixing holes.
- Access: allow for the lid, lock and the movement needed to remove the battery.
- Cables: show where the cable and connector need room.
- Odd shapes: measure each step or narrow section separately.
One wide photo, then the details
Take a wide view so we know where we're looking. Then take each measurement close enough that the ruler marks are readable.
For a T-shaped or stepped compartment, a simple sketch with each section marked is fine. Doesn't need to win design awards. Just make it clear which number belongs to which edge.
If the old battery is already safely removed, photograph it beside the space. Show the rail and connector end too. Don't remove or handle a damaged pack just to make this photo.

Cannot reach that corner? Say so
A missing measurement is better than an invented one. Tell us what u couldn't measure and send the clearest view available.
Add the bike model, battery label and connector photos. We'll start with those before u order.
