ABOUT DOGETUNE
We rode first. The batteries came after.
From delivery shifts to our own workshops. This is how we got here.
DURING COVID
We started as delivery riders.
During the pandemic we rode electric bicycles and did food deliveries to earn a living. When the bike is your workhorse, the battery matters.
If it lets u down, that’s time u could have spent on another order.
BEFORE THE SHOP
Our own batteries first. Then our friends’.
We learned to build batteries for our own bikes because we had to keep riding. Friends in the delivery community noticed and asked us to build for them too.
Soon we were fitting builds and repairs around delivery shifts.
2022 · PRIMZ BIZHUB
Our first shop.
We opened our first shop at Primz Bizhub. Building full-time meant more time for the details, the repairs and the next improvement.
2023 · CELL GRADING
Grading cells before we build.
In 2023 we started grading and sorting cells before they go into a pack.
Check first, group them, then build.
EARLY 2024
Designing packs in CAD.
We brought CAD into our design work. Working out the cells, connections and the space around them on screen helps us plan the build.
2024 · HORIZON
The next move: Horizon.
We moved to Horizon in 2024. We kept building, repairing and improving our workshop setup.
2024 · SPOT WELDING
Automatic spot welding.
After the move to Horizon, we added automatic spot welding to the workshop.
The machine does the repetitive welds on the cell connections.
2025 · MACHINE VISION
A camera check at the bench.
In 2025 we set up a machine-vision station, so a camera helps us look over cells during assembly.
A camera check is part of the process, not a test result for your pack.
2026
Northstar, Huizhou and CNC
NORTHSTAR · 2026
Our Singapore base moved to Northstar, Ang Mo Kio. Collection and visits happen here; message us first.
HUIZHOU · 2026
We opened our Huizhou factory to take international orders. Outside Singapore? Tell us what u need.
CNC · EARLY 2026
We built up CNC machining capability, cutting shaped parts from flat sheet.
TODAY
Riders at heart. Still learning.
We still like talking bikes and figuring out how to make the next build better. We haven’t forgotten the delivery days. When u depend on the bike to earn, the battery matters.
With our Huizhou factory, we’re ready for more overseas orders.
