Replacing a pack, or converting a bike?
A replacement goes into a bike that already runs electric. A conversion pack is for a bike being turned electric.

What a pack reads under load
Every pack goes on the load bank before it leaves. We watch every cell on the BMS app while the current runs.
We connect the pack to the load bank, draw current through the coils and monitor the BMS readings while it runs.

What goes under the casing
Once the lid is closed, u stop seeing the parts that do the work. So here they are.
Every cell sits in its own channel.
Shaped plates carry the current across the pack.
Sheets keep apart what shouldn’t touch.
