IN SHORT
- “72V” says voltage, not fit.
- This bay narrows towards the bottom, so the cell groups interlock to use its shape.
- Copper, wrap and case follow the V through to the finished pack.

bro found one 72v universal battery online
can put inside my v bay or not sia
universal until u open the battery door
then suddenly not universal
but voltage same leh
voltage same, shape different lor
your bay is v-shaped
battery anyhow square one got chance cannot fit
so squeeze in can already ah
eh dont squeeze battery to make it fit lah
send the bay measurements or come down
we draw it to your v shape first
The bay get narrower down there
Wah this bay ah, wide at the top then narrow at the bottom, like a V with the point cut off. A normal rectangle come in and immediately got problem.
Confirm voltage cannot fix the shape, even if the number looks right. A rectangular layout can leave dead space down the sides or simply not go in, so we model the bay before drawing the pack.

Groups squeeze into the V
Straight rows here? Can go holiday already. In DogeTune Builder, the 20 series groups interlock down the V, each shaped to use the space beside the next.
Two 10S12P modules make one 20S12P, that is 240 cells altogether. We place every cell and check the layout until Builder says “Pack valid”.
20S12P · 240 / 240 CELLS PLACED · PACK VALID · 304 × 236 MM FOOTPRINT

Holder follow the V also
Wah the holder also must follow the same V, if not all the cells stand there like nobody tell them where to go. That one very awkward.
We place the cells row by row and check them against the drawing as they go in. The holder follows the layout shape.

Copper do the same dance
Interlocking groups means copper also must follow along. Big rectangle busbar come here anyhow cover, sure got problem one.
Each busbar is cut to the outline of its group, then spot welded on row by row. The drawn group shape decides where the copper goes.

FR-4 on, BMS on top
Steady lah, now the modules get wrapped in FR-4 sheet and the BMS sits on top. Whole thing still following the V shape.
The BMS leads can reach every series group from there. That is how the wiring is arranged before the pack goes into its case.

THE FINISHED PACK
V in, V out, siap
Wah finally, the finished pack follows the bay’s V profile. It slides in without pressing, and the shape uses the space down the sides instead of leaving dead space there.
