26S8P in this funny shape
Wah this battery space ah, wide and flat with angled corners, look easy until you try to put a rectangle in there. Then everybody stuck.
The layout runs 26 series groups through two modules, 13 groups per module, with eight cells per group: 208 cells. Both builds start from that same layout.

June 2024: first one
Wah, back in June 2024 we built the first one for this bike, already quite some time ago. Cells went into the holder, then the series groups were joined across each module.
Two modules kept the same outline, with fibre-mesh tape around the outside before the case. That’s the 2024 build, no extra story needed.

2026: same space, new build
Steady lah, same battery space in 2026, so the outline stays put. The copper is now plates cut to each series group.
Outside, this build uses FR-4 sheet instead of mesh tape. That’s the change you can see in the materials.

What changed? This bit.
- Busbars: copper plates cut to each series group in 2026.
- Outer wrap: fibre-mesh tape in 2024, FR-4 sheet in 2026.
- Outline: unchanged. Same bike, same space.
THE FINISHED PACK
2026 pack, all done
Siap lah, same shape as the one we built two years ago, with the 2026 copper plates and FR-4 sheet. Back in its case for the same Fiido.
