Description
Need more room for the rest of your CRF250 conversion? This shortened battery design is the option to compare when the standard case leaves too little space for your motor, controller or mounting arrangement. Choose the case around your frame first, then pick the voltage and cells for your build.
A smaller cell budget for a tighter build
The shortened design has a 240-cell budget, compared with 260 in the standard case. That difference affects the capacity available with your chosen voltage and cell. If your frame comfortably takes the standard design, compare both before deciding which balance of space and capacity works for you.
Your voltage, cells and plugs
Choose the voltage your controller supports, then select your preferred 21700 cell. The configurator shows nominal capacity and the configured price. Workmanship, build location, discharge plug and charging plug are selected in the same form above.
We check your controller and charger before we build. Send the controller’s voltage and battery-current limits, your charger specification and plug photos so we can agree the BMS and connections with you.
Check the space that matters
Send your frame year and usable compartment dimensions, including mounting points, cable clearance and the path for removing the battery. A shortened case still needs a fit check around your particular conversion. This is a conversion battery, not a starter-battery replacement for a petrol CRF250.
Not sure whether you need the shortened case? Send photos of the whole bike and empty battery space with your measurements. We’ll help you compare the two designs before you order.
