Description
Turning your CRF250 electric? Start with a pack that works around your motor, controller and mounting points. Our standard CRF250 conversion battery gives you the larger cell budget of the two case options, with voltage and cell choices to suit your build.
Standard or shortened?
The standard design has a 260-cell budget; the shortened version has 240. Choose this standard case when your frame has the room. If space is tighter, compare the shortened case before choosing your cells. Send us your frame year, compartment measurements and a few clear photos so we can check the fit with you.
Choose the electrical setup
Select the voltage your controller is designed for, then choose your preferred 21700 cell. The configurator calculates nominal capacity for that combination. Workmanship, build location and plug options stay together in the form above, so you can see your configured price as you choose.
We check your controller and charger before we build. Send the controller’s voltage and battery-current limits, your charger specification and clear photos of the plugs. We’ll match the BMS and connections to the agreed setup.
Plan the fit before the build
Measure the usable space around the motor and controller, mounting points, cable exits and the route for removing the pack. This battery is a component for an electric conversion; it is not a starter-battery replacement for a petrol CRF250.
Not sure which case to choose? Send us photos of the whole bike and the empty battery space, along with your measurements. We’ll help you choose between the standard and shortened designs before you order.
