Description
Need a cube or rectangular battery pack, but the ready-made options do not fit? You choose the electrical setup; the available space, you tell us clearly. If the space is not confirmed, the pack fit cannot be confirmed also. We check your controller and charger before we build.
Who this is for
This route suits bikes, scooters and equipment needing a cube or rectangular pack. You already know the electrical direction, but the physical fit needs sorting from your measurements. Other shapes, wedges and bike-specific cases such as Light Bee, CRF250, EMTB and Razor packs are separate products. Got an odd shape? Message us first.
What you choose here
- Voltage: 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, 52V, 60V, 64V, 72V, 88V, 96V, 104V or 120V.
- Capacity in parallel: 4P to 20P. The form shows the Ah figure for your selected cell.
- Cell: all 21700 — EVE 40P 4.0Ah, Reliance RS50 5.0Ah, Samsung 53G 5.3Ah or Samsung 58E 5.5Ah.
- Workmanship: standard nickel strips or 0.2mm copper strips at extra charge.
- Build lead time: 1 month or 3 days. The 3-day option costs more.
- Discharge plug: XT60, XT90, Anderson 50, IEC C13, QS8 or QS10.
- Charging port: none, meaning charge through the discharge plug; IEC C13, XLR or GX16-3.
The total updates as you choose. There is no BMS menu here; we match the BMS and connections to the setup we agree with you, with the specification checked before the build.
How to choose
Voltage first: follow your controller and charger requirements. Don’t anyhow choose, because the wrong voltage affects whether the system can be used safely and correctly.
More parallel cells give you more Ah, but also mean more cells, a bigger pack and more weight. Check your available space before choosing higher capacity, can?
For cells, EVE 40P and Reliance RS50 are for higher-current use. Samsung 53G and Samsung 58E are range-focused, lower-current cells and are not for hard launches. The cell alone does not set a safe limit. Not sure? Ask us first.
For plugs, match what you already have. If changing the arrangement, tell us clearly. We check your controller and charger before we build.
What to send us before ordering
Please prepare:
- Bike or equipment make, model and use.
- Available space: L × W × H in mm, and where it mounts.
- Controller label photo showing voltage range and current limit.
- Charger label photo and its plug.
- Existing battery label and plug photos to match.
- What you want more of: range, power or smaller size.
- Your budget ceiling, if you have one.
Chat on WhatsApp and send us photos first if the fit or wiring is not clear.
About the photos
All photos shown are example builds, not the exact configuration you will receive. The final configuration depends on the voltage, capacity, cell, workmanship, build lead time and plugs selected through the form.
