Description

Build your electric mountain bike around a battery that suits its frame. TriBolt is our fuller-profile 72V triangle e-bike battery, with cell and connection choices to work into your conversion. Start with the shape, compare your cell options, and see the price for the setup you choose.

Choose the shape that suits your frame.

TriBolt follows a taller triangular outline than TriHepta. If your frame has a deeper opening, this is the profile to compare first. The gallery shows the actual finished pack from three angles and a dimensioned 3D drawing, so you can check the sloping edges as well as the overall length, height and depth.

Both designs use 120 cells in a 20S6P layout. The taller outline does not give TriBolt more cells: with the same cell selection, both offer the same nominal capacity. Choose between them by the shape of the space you have.

Voltage stays at 72V. Your cell choice sets nominal capacity and changes the price shown in the configurator. You can also select the available workmanship, build-location and connector options. Tell us about your controller and intended use if you want help working through the choices.

Let’s check your conversion before the build.

Send a side-on photo and measurements of the frame opening, including any shock or mounting points. Add your controller details, charger label and clear plug photos, and show where the leads need to exit. We’ll work through the battery shape and electrical setup with you before you order.
