    Amp-Hours

Amp-hours (Ah) is a unit to measure the capacity of a battery. Picture Ah as the “fuel tank” of a battery, representing its ability to store energy. A higher Ah rating indicates a larger fuel tank and a greater amount of energy storage. This means that a battery with a higher Ah rating can power a device for a longer duration.

    Workmanship (Cylindrical)

This refers to the material and craftsmanship used in the assembly of the battery cells. Choosing the right material and thickness is crucial to the battery’s ability to deliver power efficiently and safely

    Workmanship (Cylindrical)

This refers to the material and craftsmanship used in the assembly of the battery cells. Choosing the right material and thickness is crucial to the battery’s ability to deliver power efficiently and safely

0.15 nickel strips strikes a balance between flexibility and load bearing capacity, ideal for most general applications, up to 15a series connection per cell, mature technology and more forgiving workmanship requirements

0.2 copper strips offers up to 6x the load bearing capacity of nickel and thus suitable for extremely high-discharge applications, ensuring minimal energy loss and heat during transmission, up to 90a series connection per cell, extremely high workmanship requirements

    Workmanship (Prismatic)

    Discharge Port

The discharge port is where the battery releases its stored energy to power connected devices. A high-quality discharge port ensures efficient energy transfer and safe operation, reducing the risk of voltage drops or interruptions. The right port will support your device’s required current, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. It’s crucial to choose a port compatible with your equipment to prevent potential damages and maintain the safety standards of your electrical system.

    Charging Port

Document the charger plug and battery charging port, including keying, pinout and polarity. Connector appearance alone does not confirm compatibility; charger output, BMS, wiring and the complete battery system require review.

    ⚠️Warning⚠️ Fire/Explosion Short Circuit Risk

Proceed with caution, This is the worst charging port on the planet, If you insist, we will make you an GX16-3 to xt90 adaptor instead of connecting the GX16-3 port to the battery directly

    Capacity Grading

Capacity Grading is a crucial process to ensure uniformity and consistency in the performance of individual battery cells. This process groups cells based on minute differences in milliampere-hours (mAh) to ensure that batteries in the same pack have very similar capacities. Lower mAh range gradings lead to more precise matches, reducing the chance of future complications due to mismatched capacities, like imbalanced discharging or premature wear.

50mAh range: This is our standard range, ensuring a good balance of performance and value. This is also the range our cells are initially controlled to upon arrival from our suppliers.

25mAh range: A premium grading that offers a tighter capacity match, reducing potential issues in the long run. This option requires additional testing on our part to ensure that every cell meets this stringent criterion, hence a nominal fee will be charged to cover the added labor and equipment time. Choosing this grading can be especially beneficial for high-performance applications where every detail matters.
